Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tally Counter mobile application ("App") provided by Amenti Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using Tally Counter, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. USE OF THE APP

Tally Counter is a counting application designed for personal use. You may use the App to create and manage counters for any lawful purpose. You agree not to misuse the App or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Tally Counter offers optional paid subscriptions ("Pro") that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. All payments are processed by Apple, and we do not have access to your payment information. Subscription terms, including pricing and renewal periods, are displayed in the App before purchase.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Tally Counter and all its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Amenti Labs LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Tally Counter is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amenti Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
